Fable will offer around 15-20 hours of mainline quest content when it launches in February 2027, with another 15-20 hours available through side activities and open-world exploration.
Playground Games associate game director, Will Kennedy, confirmed the scope while speaking to Polygon during a Gamescom 2026 group Q&A.
Kennedy also explained, “And then, of course, the life systems are limitless,” so one can play them for as long as they want.
The systems give players additional ways to spend time in Albion beyond the game's structured content.
Associate game director, Craig Littler, similarly noted that players can “literally play it forever” if they choose to spend more time with those systems.
