Top 10 2W Exports Q2 2026 – Boxer, Star City, Pulsar, CT, Dio, Navi, FZ, Apache, Xtreme

Boxer and Star City continued to dominate India’s two-wheeler export charts, while several newer products such as Xtreme, Xoom, CB 200X and Jupiter registered massive growth

After taking a look at the car exports in Q2 2026, let us now take a look at the two wheeler exports last quarter. India’s two-wheeler exports continued their strong momentum in Q2 CY2026 (April-June), with total shipments reaching 15,50,852 units, compared to 11,33,695 units exported during Q2 2025. This translated into a healthy 36.80% year-on-year growth, with almost 4.17 lakh additional units shipped overseas.

Top 10 2W Exports Q2 2026 – Boxer, Star City lead

Bajaj Boxer retained its position as India’s largest exported two-wheeler by a wide margin. Exports stood at 3,37,314 units, registering an impressive 109.98% YoY growth over 1,60,638 units exported in Q2 2025. Boxer alone accounted for 21.75% of India’s total two-wheeler exports. TVS Star City secured second place with exports of 2,72,507 units, up 41.62% from 1,92,416 units last year. It captured a 17.57% share of total exports.

Bajaj Pulsar remained India’s third-largest exported motorcycle with 1,33,349 units, growing 10.96% YoY. Bajaj CT followed in fourth place with 1,01,856 units, posting a healthy 30.94% increase. Honda Dio emerged as the highest exported scooter with 57,484 units, up 71.48%, while Honda Navi continued to enjoy stable overseas demand with 53,004 units exported.

Strong gains for Hero, Honda and TVS

Among the fastest-growing mainstream models, Hero Xtreme stood out with exports surging from just 4,199 units to 34,726 units, translating into a remarkable 727% growth. Honda’s CB 200X also expanded rapidly with exports rising 766% to 13,623 units. Hero Xoom scooter recorded exports of 13,573 units, registering 287% growth. Honda Shine exports increased by 67.71% to 26,714 units, while Hero HF Deluxe grew 62.25% to 25,642 units.

TVS Ntorq crossed 30,000 units, growing nearly 40%, whereas Triumph motorcycles manufactured by Bajaj Auto posted exports of 8,656 units, up 39.75%. Several premium Honda motorcycles also witnessed improved export demand. H’ness CB350 exports climbed to 3,840 units, while CB Unicorn returned with 7,344 units and the newly introduced CB 125 Hornet contributed 7,002 unitsduring the quarter.

Electric two-wheelers Exports

Electric two-wheeler exports continued to expand, although volumes remain relatively small compared to ICE models. TVS iQube exported 3,224 units, nearly six times higher than last year. Bajaj Chetak exports were at 2,644 units, while Ather exported 1,310 units of the 450 series. Ather Rizta exports stood at 1,111 units, indicating growing international interest in Indian electric scooters. Honda Activa Electric recorded initial exports of just 3 units.

Premium motorcycles show mixed trend

Royal Enfield’s export performance was mixed during the quarter. Classic 350 exports declined 27.61% to 6,957 units, while Himalayan slipped 12.89% to 5,664 units. Hunter 350, Super Meteor and Guerrilla 450 also witnessed declines. On the other hand, the 650 Twins continued to maintain positive momentum with exports rising 9.22% to 4,040 units.

Yamaha’s FZ family remained among the stronger performers with 43,962 units, although Gixxer and Gixxer 250 witnessed declines. KTM exports increased 22.17% to 16,622 units, while Suzuki Burgman and Access both continued strengthening their presence in overseas markets.

Export portfolio becoming more diverse

The latest data highlights that India’s export basket is no longer dependent solely on commuter motorcycles. While affordable models like Boxer, Star City, CT and Pulsar continue to account for a significant share, scooters, premium motorcycles and electric two-wheelers are steadily expanding their footprint across international markets.
