Delhi High Court refers defamation case between Anjana Om Kashyap and Khan Sir to mediation

Justice Tushar Rao Gedela asked the counsel representing the parties to appear before the mediator this evening. The parties are willing to explore the terms of settlement in case a senior mediator is appointed. They are also willing to commence the mediation efforts today itself at 4:30 PM," the Court said. While referring the parties to mediation, the Court also asked Khan Sir and other educators to remove posts disclosing details about Kashyap's children. They [Kashyap] will refrain, you [Khan sir] take down disclosure about the child," the Court said.

Justice Tushar Rao Gedela asked the counsel representing the parties to appear before the mediator this evening.

"After having probed a little, it appears that the parties may be able to resolve the disputes amicably. The parties are willing to explore the terms of settlement in case a senior mediator is appointed. They are also willing to commence the mediation efforts today itself at 4:30 PM," the Court said.

While referring the parties to mediation, the Court also asked Khan Sir and other educators to remove posts disclosing details about Kashyap's children. Kashyap too was asked not to target the educators.

"You are academicians. You are teaching youngsters. They [Kashyap] will refrain, you [Khan sir] take down disclosure about the child," the Court said.
