Following Journal and Recorder, the Pixel 11 update for the Screenshots app is here with the ability to filter “by date range and source.”Previously, the “Filter screenshots” menu just consisted of “Tags” like Places, Articles, Events, Notes, Receipts, Tracking info, and more.
The filters are also available in Collections.

The most recent update in June started using the cloud-based Private AI Compute for processing and added a “Use mobile data when processing” toggle in Settings.
Version 1.26.281.05 of Pixel Screenshots is rolling out via the Play Store today and live on our Pixel 10 devices.

An update that coincides with the Pixel 11 series now lets you sort by:
Date range : 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, 6 months, 1 year, and Custom
: 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, 6 months, 1 year, and Custom Collections : Instead of having to visit each one individually
: Instead of having to visit each one individually Sources: Applications (which Google already logged and showed in the bottom-right corner of each screenshot)
These updates let you thoroughly filter the main feed and serve as a nice complement to text search. The filters are also available in Collections.
