Soulframe Liang, founder of China-based game studio S-Game has revealed that its upcoming action RPG Phantom Blade Zero’s pre-orders, have “far exceeded” the studio’s expectations.
Phantom Blade Zero is set to drop on October 29 this year, and the base edition currently priced at ₹4,299 on Steam and on the PlayStation Store.
The title was originally supposed to drop on September 9, but suffered a delay, with Soulframe saying at the time, "This was not an easy decision.

Soulframe shared a hearty post on bilibili (machine translated) on August 17 saying that the pre-orders for the title have been open for five days, and they have “far exceeded expectations.” Thanking gamers, Soulframe wrote that he would like to express “his heartfelt gratitude to all the friends who support.”
John Wick: Chapter 4 actor Donnie Yen is also attached to the game as a creative consultant. Soulframe also talked about Yen’s role in the game and said that he plays the character of Mo Yua – the protagonist’s father – who is a “powerful hidden boss.” To encounter Yuan, players will need to “undergo a series of explorations and trials.”
