Ampere has launched the new Nexus EX+ electric scooter in India, at Rs 1.3 lakh (ex-showroom).
The Nexus EX+ is available in two variants.
The standard version is priced at Rs 1.30 lakh while the Nexus EX+ with the Intellipack costs Rs 1.36 lakh.
The Intellipack-equipped version gets connected features through the Ampere Connect App.

Ampere has launched the new Nexus EX+ electric scooter in India, at Rs 1.3 lakh (ex-showroom). The updated model gets a more powerful 5kW motor, an IP65-rated water-resistant charger and an optional Intellipack connected technology suite.
The Nexus EX+ is available in two variants. The standard version is priced at Rs 1.30 lakh while the Nexus EX+ with the Intellipack costs Rs 1.36 lakh. These prices are ex-showroom and both variants are offered in Carbon Knight and Steel Grey colour options.
The biggest update is the new 5kW motor, which produces a claimed peak torque of 202Nm at the wheel. Ampere says the scooter can accelerate from 0-40kmph in 4.5 seconds. The motor is also claimed to offer improved gradeability, particularly on steep climbs, flyovers and hilly roads, as well as when carrying a pillion or additional load.
The Intellipack-equipped version gets connected features through the Ampere Connect App. These include real-time charging status, live tracking, geo-fencing, Find My Scooter, turn-by-turn navigation, remote vehicle diagnostics, trip reports, battery health monitoring and more.
The scooter also gets an IP65-rated charger, which is designed to offer improved resistance against water and dust. The new Nexus EX+ will be available at Ampere dealerships across India.
