The Xiaomi Pad 9 starts at CNY 2,999 (approx Rs 42,700) for the 8GB + 128GB model. It comes in Silver, Green, Black, and Pink shades. The Xiaomi Pad 9 Pro starts at CNY 3,799 (approx Rs 54,100) for the 8GB + 128GB model. It is available in Silver, Green, and Black colours.

The Xiaomi Pad 9 sports an 11.2-inch (3200 x 2136) 3:2 LCD display with up to a 144hz variable refresh rate, 345 ppi, 800 nits brightness, 360Hz touch sampling rate, HDR 10, Dolby Vision, 12-bit colours, hardware-level blue light reduction, along with TÜV Rheinland hardware-level low blue light certification.
The Pad 9 Pro has a 12.5-inch with 1000 nits of peak brightness, while rest of the specs remain identical to the Pad 9’s panel.
The Pad 9 is powered by the Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 chipset and the Pro model has the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 processor. The Pad 9 gets up to 12GB LPDDR5T RAM while the Pro model has up to 16GB LPDDR5T RAM, both with 128GB UFS 3.1 storage and up to 256GB UFS 4.1 storage options.
For optics, the Pad 9 has a 13MP primary sensor with f/2.2 Aperture on the back and an 8MP f/2.28 front-facing sensor. The Pro model has a 50MP primary sensor on the back and a 32MP front-facing camera.

Along with that, the Pad 9 gets Dolby Atmos-powered quad speaker system, while the Pro model has a 6-speaker system. In addition, they support the Xiaomi Keyboard and stylus as well, and run on HyperOS 4.0 based on Android 17.
