According to a new report from Bloomberg, Apple is developing the iPhone Air 2 for a spring 2027 launch.
Based on the reported information, the iPhone Air 2 could feature a second rear camera, an A20-series processor, and longer battery life compared to the iPhone Air.
The iPhone Air has a single 48MP rear-facing camera, so the addition of a second camera would be a major upgrade.

Based on Apple’s track record, it could be a 48MP ultrawide camera, similar to the one used in the iPhone 17. It is unclear whether the reported battery life improvement will come from a larger battery, a more efficient processor, or a combination of both.
