Welcome To The Jungle collected Rs. 7.25 crore to the tally on its second Saturday, witnessing a 70 per cent spike from the previous day. The dip from the previous Saturday is around 65 per cent. The 9-day running cume of Welcome To The Jungle reached Rs. 104 crore nett at the Indian box office.

Directed by Ahmed Khan, the movie is expected to wind up its second weekend around Rs. 19-21 crore nett, which will take its total cume closer to Rs. 115 crore nett. The comedy drama should gain good traction over the second week. The negative reception to Alpha should also help, as it should gain back some of the lost showcasing. It needs to avoid dropping significantly on weekdays and then sustain well in the third week. If it does that, after that it will be quite straightforward; otherwise, it could be difficult.
What is also working in the film’s favour is that despite being a big franchise film, the costs involved are very reasonable. Had it been as costly as Housefull 5, it would have been tough for it. It will be interesting to see whether the movie can manage to bag a Clean Hit verdict or not.
