The company, through a newsroom post on Monday, shared several key details about the upcoming smartphone, including its display, chipset, battery and camera.The Vivo S2 will be available in three colour options and will go on sale via the Vivo India online store and Amazon after its launch.
It is confirmed to come with a 6.83-inch curved AMOLED display, MediaTek Dimensity 7360-Turbo chipset, 7,050mAh battery and a 50MP rear camera.The Vivo S2 features a 6.83-inch 3D curved AMOLED display with 1.5K resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate.
The smartphone has a 7.99 mm ultra-slim body with a metallic finish and Iconic camera design.For photography, the Vivo S2 comes with a 50MP primary rear camera featuring the Sony IMX852 sensor, along with a 32MP front-facing camera.
The smartphone packs a 7,050mAh battery and also features symmetrical dual speakers.The Vivo S2 runs OriginOS 6 out of the box.

The smartphone has a 7.99 mm ultra-slim body with a metallic finish and Iconic camera design.For photography, the Vivo S2 comes with a 50MP primary rear camera featuring the Sony IMX852 sensor, along with a 32MP front-facing camera. Both cameras support 4K video recording. The smartphone packs a 7,050mAh battery and also features symmetrical dual speakers.The Vivo S2 runs OriginOS 6 out of the box. It includes Shake and Share for transferring photos and videos between compatible devices, along with AI-powered features such as AI Creation, AI Transcript Assist and Circle to Search 2.0.The smartphone will launch in India on August 6 at 12 pm. It will be sold through the Vivo India online store and Amazon.Vivo has confirmed that the handset will be available in Regal Bronze, Sapphire Blue and Silk White colour options. According to a report in Gadgets 360, the 8GB + 128GB variant is expected to be priced at ₹51,999, while the 8GB + 256GB model could cost ₹55,999. Vivo has not yet officially confirmed the pricing.
