As per the official teaser image of the phone, it is seen in two color options (black and white) with a shiny finish. Contrary to the rumored leak, which had the phone equipped with three rear-facing cameras, the Vivo S2 comes in with a pill-shaped dual-camera setup. The front side is seen with a punch-hole display setup, indicating an edge-to-edge display setup.

Moreover, as compared to past rumors about Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 5, the latest information suggests that Vivo S2 will use a MediaTek Dimensity 7360 chipset.
When it comes to the photography capabilities of the smartphone, as per the leaks, there would be a Sony IMX852 50 MP main camera along with a 2 MP secondary sensor for it. On the other hand, the selfies may be taken through a 32MP front-facing camera. When it comes to battery life, there has been some talk about a 7050 mAh battery along with support for fast charging up to 44W.

Moreover, the smartphone is rumored to get an IP68 and IP69 dust/water resistance rating, which makes it relatively tough compared to similar smartphones.
Expected Pricing
Pricing details are unknown at present; however, some industry reports suggest that Vivo S2 can cost about ₹51,999 for an 8GB + 128GB smartphone while the 8GB + 256GB can cost about ₹55,999.
If accurate, the S2 would enter India’s competitive premium smartphone segment, competing with devices from OnePlus, iQOO, Samsung, and even Vivo’s own higher-end offerings.
