KTM India just launched a new colour with their latest 350cc 390 Adventure. It is called Ebony Black and it reached showrooms before it was launched and officially listed on the website. Now, KTM is cooking some new aesthetics with their 350cc 390 Adventure featuring new graphics and this updated model has reached showrooms.
Updated KTM 390 Adventure
Looking at the updated KTM 390 Adventure in the recent video by SK Sajid Rider, we can see that KTM has revised the aesthetics of this motorcycle. The company does not seem to be fettling with the colour combination with this updated model, as it looks more or less like the Ceramic White colour currently on sale.
Ceramic White features White in the front with Orange at the rear along with Black knuckle guards, while Electronic Orange has White in the back and Orange in the front along with White knuckle guards. What’s changed, is the graphics, which are now revised.
In the current 350cc 390 KTM Adventure Ceramic White, we can see 390 written on top in small font, while KTM is written in big and bold font. Both KTM and 390 lettering have Orange background. The new colourway has the same paint theme as current Ceramic White, but the graphics are revised.
We now get a Grey background for KTM and Adventure 390 letterings. The KTM lettering is now moved upwards in smaller font, while the 390 lettering is not that large, but gets ADVENTURE prefix in the graphics. It surely looks less in-your-face or flashy than the current Ceramic White. Other than these changes in graphics, there does not seem to be any other changes.
Same Mechanicals
It has to be noted that KTM has not confirmed whether this is a standalone new colour addition or an update to current Ceramic White colourway. Other than the colourway, the bike is still the same since the 350cc engine update. It features 19” front and 17” rear alloy wheels, tall windshield, TFT instrument cluster, fancy switchgear, cruise control and other features.
The engine is also the same 349.32cc single-cylinder liquid cooled DOHC 4V single cylinder engine as before. It generates 41.5 PS of peak power and 33.5 Nm of peak torque, mated to a 6-speed gearbox, slipper clutch, an electronic throttle and a bi-directional quick-shifter.
