Top 10 Motorcycles July 2026 – Splendor, Shine, Pulsar, Apache, Deluxe, Classic, Unicorn, Raider

Hero Splendor continued to dominate. TVS Apache, Royal Enfield Classic 350 and Bullet 350 recorded some of the strongest YoY growth.

In the earlier article we discussed top 10 two wheelers and top 10 scooters last month. In this post, we will take a look at the top 10 motorcycles. Combined sales of the top 10 motorcycles stood at 8,70,829 units in July 2026, compared to 7,22,103 units in July 2025. This represents an increase of 1,48,726 units or around 20.60% YoY.

Top 10 Motorcycles July 2026

Hero Splendor remained India’s highest-selling motorcycle with 3,35,346 units sold during July 2026. Compared to 2,46,715 units in July last year, sales increased by 88,631 units or 35.92%. Splendor alone accounted for a significant portion of volumes among India’s bestselling motorcycles.

Honda Shine secured second position with sales of 1,91,950 units. It registered 20.23% YoY growth over 1,59,658 units sold in July 2025, translating to an additional 32,292 units. There was a considerable gap between the top two and the rest of the list. Bajaj Pulsar family was third with 66,156 units, down from 79,817 units last year. This resulted in a 17.12% YoY decline, with volumes falling by 13,661 units. Bajaj is updating majority of their Pulsar lineup this month. Sales are likely to get a boost from next month.

TVS Apache Sales Jump 58%

TVS Apache was among the biggest gainers in July. Sales increased from 37,566 units last year to 59,404 units, representing growth of 58.13%. Apache added 21,838 units YoY and finished fourth on the list. Hero HF Deluxe followed with 55,978 units. Unlike Splendor, HF Deluxe witnessed a decline, with sales falling 21.68% from 71,477 units in July 2025. It was the steepest percentage decline among the top 10 motorcycles.

Royal Enfield Classic 350 continued its strong run with 39,197 units, up from 26,516 units a year earlier. This translates to 47.82% YoY growth and a volume increase of 12,681 units. Honda CB Unicorn was seventh with 35,007 units, registering 14.51% growth over 30,572 units sold last year. TVS Raider followed closely with 34,125 units. Raider recorded healthy 39.22% YoY growth from 24,511 units in July 2025.

Bullet 350 Records Highest Growth

Bajaj Platina was one of only three motorcycles in the top 10 to post negative growth. Sales declined 6.81% from 29,424 units to 27,421 units. Completing the top 10 was Royal Enfield Bullet 350, which emerged as the fastest-growing motorcycle on the list. Sales increased 65.61% YoY, from 15,847 units in July 2025 to 26,245 units in July 2026. It added 10,398 units during the period. Royal Enfield therefore had two models in the top 10, and both recorded strong double-digit growth. Classic 350 grew by nearly 48%, while Bullet 350 grew by almost 66%.

Overall Motorcycle Sales Up 23%

Looking beyond the top 10, India’s domestic motorcycle sales stood at 10,74,796 units in July 2026, compared to 8,90,107 units a year ago. This represents growth of 20.75%, with volumes increasing by 1,84,689 units. Motorcycle exports performed even better, rising 29.82% from 3,69,747 units to 4,80,013 units. Combining domestic sales and exports, total motorcycle volumes reached 15,54,809 units during July 2026. This was an increase of 2,94,955 units over 12,59,854 units recorded in July 2025, resulting in overall YoY growth of 23.41%.
