Tim David, the Royal Challengers Bengaluru batter, has been fined 50 per cent of his match fee and accumulated two demerit points for breaching Level 1 of the ICC Code of Conduct during the Indian Premier League 2026 final against Gujarat Titans, on Sunday.
David was fined after he threw an ice bag aggressively in the direction of umpire Nitin Menon during the 10th over of the first innings.
