The full court also decided that it will take up at least 100 batch matters which are ready for final hearing and which will result in disposal of about 9,177 cases.

The full court also resolved that after disposal of the above batch matters, oldest (after notice) cases shall be taken up on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.
Further, necessary steps be taken for simplification of cause list and to bring uniformity in taking of cases as per seriatim in daily cause list.
