Billionbrains Garage Ventures | Ribbit Capital has launched a block deal to sell a 1.6% stake in Billionbrains Garage Ventures, the parent company of investment platform Groww, in a transaction valued at ₹1,914 crore.
The shares are being offered at a floor price of ₹195 apiece, according to the terms of the deal.
The floor price is the minimum price at which Ribbit Capital is offering the shares to investors.
