Manchester City and Los Blancos are still engaged in negotiations, with the English club wanting a €75 million fee to let Rodri become a madridista, per that same report.
Real Madrid would be confident about eventually reaching an agreement with City around €60 million.
In the meantime, Rodri is patiently waiting for the two clubs to finalize the details of his transfer.
