Ranbir Kapoor Makes Another Big Property Investment, Acquires 25 Acres Of Land Near Pune After Ayodhya Deal

Ranbir Kapoor has acquired four land parcels in Mulshi near Pune for Rs 16.42 crore, adding another property investment to his portfolio after his Ayodhya land purchase.

Bollywood actor Ranbir Kapoor has added another major property investment to his portfolio. He has reportedly purchased nearly 25 acres of land in Pune’s Mulshi region for a whopping Rs 16.42 crore, as per property registration documents accessed by CRE Matrix. The deal involves four adjoining land parcels located in Pimpri village, with the registration completed on April 30, 2026.

The first plot, spread across 21,400 square metres, was bought for Rs 3.31 crore. The second parcel covers 29,900 square metres and was acquired for Rs 4.62 crore. The third and largest parcel measures 43,800 square metres and was purchased for Rs 7.07 crore, while the fourth plot, measuring 8,900 square metres, was bought for Rs 1.39 crore.

Together, the four plots account for around 1,04,000 square metres, which is approximately 25.7 acres, for a total amount of Rs 16.42 crore. The transaction also involved stamp duty payment of Rs 82.13 lakh, according to the registration documents.

Ranbir Kapoor Buys Land In Ayodhya

This is not Ranbir’s first major real estate investment in recent months. Earlier in 2026, the actor reportedly purchased a land parcel in Ayodhya as part of The House of Abhinandan Lodha’s luxury plotted development, ‘The Sarayu’. The deal was reportedly valued at around Rs 3.31 crore for a 2,134-square-feet plot.

Located along the banks of the Sarayu River, ‘The Sarayu by HoABL’ is a 75-acre development that features premium residential plots along with planned lifestyle amenities, including a clubhouse and a luxury vegetarian hotel operated by The Leela.

Speaking about the investment, Ranbir said, “I believe Ayodhya has chosen me, and I have just answered this calling. Ayodhya is deep rooted in our history and is a critical part of our cultural fabric. This land at The Sarayu became my gateway to ensuring this becomes a part of my legacy for my family."

Meanwhile, on the work front, Ranbir Kapoor will next be seen in Nitesh Tiwari’s film Ramayana, which also stars Yash, Sai Pallavi and others.
