Tata Motors launched the Aeris sub-four-metre sedan earlier this week, with prices starting at Rs. 5.29 lakh (ex-showroom). The model, essentially a facelifted iteration of the Tigor, will be available exclusively for private buyers, while the Expres-T will continue to be offered for the fleet segment.
Starting with the colours, the 2026 Aeris sedan is available in 12 colours, equally divided between mono-tone and dual-tone. The former includes Dandeli Drizzle, Dune Glow, Nitro Crimson, Pure Grey, Daytona Grey, and Pristine White. All the aforementioned colours are available with a contrast black roof as part of the dual-tone theme.
In terms of variants for the new Tata Aeris, customers can choose from Smart, Pure, Pure+, Creative, and Accomplished dual-tone. Notably, the Smart variant is available only in the Pure Grey, Pristine White, and Daytona Grey paints.
Under the hood, the Aeris is offered with 1.2-litre NA petrol and CNG powertrains, paired with five-speed manual and AMT units. The latter is available in every variant apart from the entry-level Smart offering.
