Motorola is turning up the volume in India’s competitive mid-premium smartphone market with the launch of the moto g77 POWER, betting that a bigger battery, AI-powered photography and durability can win over consumers looking for more than just another spec sheet.
The moto g77 POWER is centred around a 50MP Sony LYTIA 600 camera with Quad Pixel technology, paired with an 8MP ultra-wide lens and what Motorola claims is the segment’s highest-resolution 32MP front camera.
Under the hood, the moto g77 POWER runs on the 6nm MediaTek Dimensity 6400 processor with 8GB RAM, expandable virtually to 24GB using AI-powered RAM Boost.
It will be offered in Pantone Nautical Blue, Pantone Fuchsia Red and Pantone Impenetrable finishes.
With AI features increasingly becoming standard across smartphones, Motorola is positioning the moto g77 POWER as a device that combines imaging, endurance and everyday intelligence without crossing into flagship pricing territory.
MUMBAI: Power, pixels and patience for the charger all arrive in one package. Motorola is turning up the volume in India’s competitive mid-premium smartphone market with the launch of the moto g77 POWER, betting that a bigger battery, AI-powered photography and durability can win over consumers looking for more than just another spec sheet.
Priced at an effective launch price of Rs 23,999 for the 8GB + 128GB variant, the smartphone will go on sale from 13 July 2026 through Flipkart, Motorola.in and leading retail stores across India.
The moto g77 POWER is centred around a 50MP Sony LYTIA 600 camera with Quad Pixel technology, paired with an 8MP ultra-wide lens and what Motorola claims is the segment’s highest-resolution 32MP front camera. On the front, the smartphone features a 6.72-inch Full HD+ display with a 120Hz refresh rate, 1,050 nits peak brightness, Display Colour Boost technology and Smart Water Touch, allowing the screen to remain responsive even with wet hands. Battery life is another headline feature. The handset houses a 7,000mAh battery that Motorola says can last up to three days under typical usage. It supports 30W TurboPower fast charging and 6W wired reverse charging, enabling users to power compatible accessories or other devices.

Motorola has also packed the phone with Google’s latest AI capabilities, including Circle to Search and Google Gemini, allowing users to search content directly from the screen and interact with Google’s AI assistant through text, voice, images and the camera.
