The smartphone features a 50MP Sony LYTIA 600 primary camera, which Motorola describes as a segment-leading offering. The main sensor is paired with an 8MP ultra-wide camera, allowing users to capture wider landscapes, group photos, and more expansive scenes. For selfies and video calls, the Moto G Max comes with a 32MP front camera, further strengthening its camera-focused feature set.

The Moto G Max features a 6.72-inch FHD+ display with a 120Hz refresh rate and up to 1,050 nits of High Brightness Mode (HBM) brightness. Additional features include Display Color Boost and Water Touch 2.0, while Corning Gorilla Glass protection, military-grade durability certification, and an IP64 rating are intended to enhance durability.

The phone is powered by the Snapdragon 6s Gen 4 chipset, paired with LPDDR5X RAM and UFS 3.1 storage. It also supports up to 18GB of RAM through AI-powered memory expansion, helping improve multitasking performance.
