JSW MG Motor India has been riding the wave of success from their MG Select portfolio consisting of Cyberster sportscar and M9 MPV. The company has just unveiled limited production special editions with both Cyberster and M9. Called Cyberster Couture Edition and M9 Couture Edition, bookings for the special edition have commenced.
Cyberster, M9 Couture Editions
After hiking the prices of Cyberster electric sportscar and M9 electric luxury MPV recently by up to Rs 5 lakh, JSW MG Motor India has just announced a strategic collaboration with renowned fashion designer Gaurav Gupta. As part of this collaboration, MG has announced Cyberster and M9 Couture Editions.
Recently, Gaurav Gupta unveiled his latest collection called ‘Light Song’ in Mumbai and this collection presented over 70 couture looks across multiple genres of clothing. JSW MG Motor India is the official automobile partner of this showcase and the brand’s luxury division, MG Select, marked the occasion with India’s first Couture Edition luxury vehicles.
The updates are strictly cosmetic and the primary highlights are the design highlights inspired by Gupta’s Serpent Infinity motif. There are bespoke finishes and handcrafted detailing, inspired by the renowned designer’s Couture collection. There are no mechanical updates or features and equipment upgrades announced with Cyberster and M9 Couture Edition.
To maintain exclusivity, JSW MG Motor India is keeping production limited. Only 50 units of MG Cyberster Couture Edition and 50 units of MG M9 Couture Edition will be offered in India.
