Key Responsibilities
Product Formulation & Evaluation
Engage in the end-to-end creation of skincare/haircare formulas.
Perform hands-on bench work in laboratory environments.
Conduct sensory evaluations to ensure product texture and performance meet L’Oréal standards.
Quality & Stability Assessment
Conduct quality and stability tests, including pH, viscosity, and microscopy.
Ensure robustness and safety of new formulations.
Scientific Research
Perform academic literature reviews.
Stay up to date with scientific breakthroughs and integrate findings into product development projects.
Project Collaboration
Work with cross-functional teams throughout the formulation lifecycle.
