The joint initiative by the Africa Centres for Disease Control and Prevention (Africa CDC) and the World Health Organization (WHO) comes as the number of confirmed Ebola cases in the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC) rose to 676, including 136 deaths, according to government data released on Thursday.
