Bangladesh have been handed a boost ahead of the opening Test in Australia with the BCB confirming Litton Das's addition to the squad.
The 31-year-old, who was recently appointed Bangladesh's white-ball captain, will fly to Darwin on Sunday to join the rest of the squad.
Litton was sidelined since June with a left calf injury but BCB have stated that he has responded well to his rehabilitation programme, making himself available for the first Test in Darwin, that will get underway on August 13.
