Justice Sambre was born on December 19, 1967 at Nagpur.
He graduated in law in 1992 from University College of Law, Nagpur.
Justice Sambre practised before the High Court of Bombay, Nagpur and was the Secretary of the High Court Bar Association, Nagpur for 2004-07.
He was elevated as a judge of Bombay High Court on January 6, 2014.
He was transferred to the Delhi High Court in July 2025.
