However, in a major development, FWICE recently withdrew the directive after the Producers Guild of India, CINTAA and other industry bodies stepped in to mediate.Adding another layer to the controversy, reports revealed that Ranveer had taken the legal route in response to the situation, after which both sides came together to sort things out amicably.
