3 / 9 Why Sea-Facing Homes Cost So Much? Sea-facing properties in Bandra command a huge premium. Homes in Pali Hill reportedly sell for Rs 67,000 to Rs 1.42 lakh per sq ft, while apartments overlooking the sea on Bandstand and Carter Road can fetch Rs 80,000 to over Rs 1.38 lakh per sq ft. The premium has grown sharply over the past decade because, unlike luxury towers, Mumbai's coastline cannot be expanded.

Spread across four floors, the residence reportedly includes over 11,000 sq ft of carpet area, a private lift and a sprawling terrace. Deepika Padukone's company later acquired the neighbouring apartment for around Rs 17.8 crore.

8 / 9 Why Bollywood Loves Worli? Worli has become one of Mumbai's hottest luxury destinations thanks to the Bandra-Worli Sea Link and Coastal Road, which have dramatically improved connectivity. Premium apartments here can command Rs 1 lakh to Rs 1.5 lakh per sq ft, especially in landmark towers offering five-star amenities. Luxury tower Three Sixty West has become home to several Bollywood stars.
