The Indian men’s cricket team is in an injury crisis. As many as 13 stars are reportedly at the Centre of Excellence (CoE) in Bengaluru undergoing rehab. Ten of them are international cricketers, who could have been part of the current tour of Sri Lanka or any future series.

1 / 10 Jasprit Bumrah: Lead pacer and one of the leaders of the team, Jasprit Bumrah is always carefully managed. But his current injury is quite curious. He was said to have suffered an impact injury on his knee during the tour of England, which don't take too long to heal. According to reports, the selectors were assured that he'd play at least one Test in Sri Lanka, before being ruled out. 2 / 10 Hardik Pandya: The premium all-rounder, whom India have found quite difficult to replace, has been dealing with multiple injuries since IPL 2026. He was said to have recovered quite well and was on track for a full recovery a couple of months ago before pain surfaced in his right shin pain. Scans have ruled out anything serious, but he's on another recovery program now.
