India drew their final-round match against Hungary 2-2. World champion Gukesh Dommaraju was defeated by Hungary’s GM Gleb Dudin, but GM Arjun Erigaisi secured a victory over GM Peter Leko to help India achieve a match draw and secure the silver medal.
Uzbekistan defeated Ukraine 2.5-1.5 in the final round to win the gold. GM Mukhiddin Madaminov secured the decisive victory over GM Roman Dehtiarov for the hosts.

Uzbekistan finished two points ahead of India and Germany, with India taking second place on tiebreaks. Germany secured third place after defeating the Netherlands 2.5-1.5, with GM Matthias Bluebaum defeating GM Jorden van Foreest.
India’s women’s team earned the bronze medal following a 2-2 draw against Georgia in the final round. IM Savitha Shri was instrumental in securing the draw by saving her game against Georgia’s IM Meri Arabidze.
