The Balapur Ganesh Shobha Yatra too concluded late in the afternoon, as per information from Hyderabad Police.

The delay by over two hours for the key marker in the immersion schedule upset the rest of the day’s line-up as the main path between Telephone Bhavan, Secretariat road and Necklace Road was out of bounds for the other idols streaming towards the lake from as far off places as Balapur.
Meanwhile, the famous 21–kg Balapur Ganesh laddu fetched a record ₹39 lakh at the annual auction with Sama Praneeth Reddy, founder of Urban Group Private Limited, placing the winning bid. The Balapur Ganesh Shobha Yatra too concluded late in the afternoon, as per information from Hyderabad Police. Arrangements were made for the immersion of the idols from other parts of the city.
