Players who gift the Battle Pass to a friend during the season can both receive the Peril Peak Mali Outfit and accessories.Epic Games has confirmed additional crossover content for the Item Shop throughout Chapter 7 Season 4.

Fortnite Chapter 7 Season 4, named Override, is now live. With the latest update, Epic Games has added Sonic the Hedgehog, Mega Man, Tetris and other gaming franchises to the Island. The update also brings new gameplay mechanics, weapons, Sprites and crossover content to FortniteThe new season introduces Override Consoles that allow players to change rules for an entire match, while Sonic the Hedgehog joins the Battle Pass with the Tails Sidekick. More characters and items from franchises including KINGDOM HEARTS, Cyberpunk: Edgerunners, Pac-Man, Persona 5 Royal, Crash Bandicoot and Spyro the Dragon are also scheduled to arrive during the season.Override Consoles appear in every match and allow players to rewrite the rules for the entire server. Players have to reach a console first to activate it, and their name appears around the console base to show who controls it.Squad Overrides buff the squad that reaches one first, but activating the feature also broadcasts the squad's location on the map.The season adds several new weapons and items linked to its crossover characters.Midas' Masterpiece is a pistol designed for one-headshot eliminations, while Mega Man's Mega Buster is an arm cannon.More items will arrive later in the season, including KINGDOM HEARTS' Kingdom Key and Rebecca's Guns from Cyberpunk: Edgerunners.Chapter 7 Season 4 adds a new generation of Sprites to Battle Royale. Sprites collected during Chapter 7 Season 3: Runners will remain available through the new Sprite Garden mode.The mode lets players interact with their Sprites and show off their collections to friends. Players can also collect new Sprites and use Sprite Dust to obtain Loot Hacks.Loot Hacks allow players to modify what can appear in Battle Royale Chests by adding bonus items that are not otherwise available from those Chests.Sonic the Hedgehog headlines the Chapter 7 Season 4 Battle Pass and is accompanied by the Tails Sidekick.Players who purchase the Battle Pass before August 27 at 11:59 PM ET can receive the Infiltrator Grace Crowne Outfit and accessories as a launch-week bonus. Players who gift the Battle Pass to a friend during the season can both receive the Peril Peak Mali Outfit and accessories.Epic Games has confirmed additional crossover content for the Item Shop throughout Chapter 7 Season 4.
