Electric Car Sales - June 2026

Tata Motors remained India's largest electric car manufacturer during June 2026 with 14,657 units, accounting for an impressive 43.5% market share. Mahindra dispatched 7,603 electric vehicles, growing 8.1% MoM while maintaining a healthy 22.6% market share. MG recorded 5,971 dispatches, registering an impressive 33.8% monthly growth. The biggest contributor remained the MG Windsor, which doubled monthly volumes from 2,032 units to 4,056 units, making it the highest-selling electric car in India during June. Maruti Suzuki's electric offensive gathered pace with the eVitara posting 2,003 dispatches, a 39.2% increase over May.
