Bollywood is no stranger to scandals, and often, the biggest stars hire detectives like Baldev Puri anytime they are in a fix. In a chat with Siddharth Kannan, Baldev opened up about how a Bollywood family hired him to check whether their daughter-in-law was progressing in Bollywood “correctly". The detective found out that she was involved with many producers and directors.

Bollywood Family Spied On ‘Bahu’

In an interview posted 8 months ago, Baldev said, “Jo unki daughter-in-law hai, uske upar family ne poora control karvaya, dekha ki yaar yeh toh aage badh rahi hai, sab kuch hai, toh isko poora poora check karo- iska kya system hai, kahan ja rahi hai, kisse baat kar rahi hai, kisse mil rahi hai." Baldev said that this woman is in the film industry and even got separated from the family.

She Was Sexually Involved With Directors, Producers

The detective said the daughter-in-law found out that she was being spied on and maintained that she should live her life on her own terms. She said, as per the detective, “Tumhare kehne se nahi jiyoongi agar tumhari daughter-in-law bann gayi toh." He said this woman would give and take “favours", that is, she was sexually involved with directors and producers.

Who Is This Model Or Actor?

Baldev said that she also had a brief stint as a model and “aaj bhi kaafi famous hai voh". He mentioned that she finally got divorced from her husband. He said that after the divorce, she had some relationships in the public eye. He refused to reveal her age. However, he mentioned that there have been such cases and affairs in many famous Bollywood families.

Kapoors, Dev Anand Also Had Affairs: Detective

He asked rhetorically, “Kiski involvement (affair) nahi thi Bollywood main?" He claimed, “Mere time pe toh Kapoor khandaan bhi tha, Dev Anand saab bhi the… Sabki involvement kahin na kahin rehti thi." He said that earlier, even star wives were aware of their husbands’ affairs. However, today, he said affairs have become a “race" where if one person cheats, the other person also starts cheating.
