The video prompted Bengaluru residents to discuss the risks faced by two-wheeler riders on the city's roads, particularly around large commercial vehicles.
One person said riding across Bengaluru had become increasingly frightening because of the condition of the roads and the way heavy vehicles were driven, while another specifically pointed to tankers and school buses, alleging that some drivers drove dangerously during the morning rush.
Another user said incidents like this showed how ordinary people could end up suffering in everyday situations when they had little recourse against reckless drivers.
Others, on the other hand, discussed how this was documented proof that a heavy vehicle could become life-threatening if the driver doesn't maintain situational awareness.
