The Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS) in Bangladesh report four additional suspected measles deaths in the past 24 hours, bringing the total deaths to 702, including 93 deaths from confirmed cases, since March 15.
During the 24 hours, 869 suspected measles cases were recorded, while the confirmed cases were 107, according to the DGHS, bringing the totals to 97,522 and 11,549, respectively.
During the reporting period, 786 patients with measles or measles-like symptoms were admitted to hospitals, while 825 patients were discharged.
