Apple iOS 27 Big Reveal: June 8, 2026

June 8 is expected to be the big reveal day for Apple. New software updates for devices including the iPad, Mac, Apple Watch, Apple TV, and Apple Vision Pro are set to be announced as the company’s annual Worldwide Developers Conference (WWDC) kicks off on Monday, June 8.

The keynote, which opens WWDC, will begin at 10 a.m. Pacific Time. Apple is expected to share significant details about iOS 27 and its broader software ecosystem during the event.

Apple iOS 27 First Developer Beta: June 8–10, 2026

The first usable version of iOS 27, available exclusively to registered developers, is expected to arrive shortly after the WWDC keynote. If Apple does not release the beta immediately following the presentation, it is likely to become available within a day or two, but no later than June 10.

Apple iOS 27 First Public Beta: July 2026

The first public beta of iOS 27 is expected to be released in July 2026. Based on Apple’s previous rollout schedules, the public beta typically arrives around the middle of July.

As these builds remain under development, they can contain bugs and stability issues. For that reason, they are not recommended for devices you rely on every day.

Last year, the public beta arrived slightly later than usual, so there is also a possibility that iOS 27’s public beta could launch in mid-to-late July.

The iOS 27 Release Candidate (RC), the final beta version before public rollout, is expected to arrive a few days before Apple’s September 2026 launch event, where the iPhone 18 Pro and iPhone 18 Pro Max are likely to be unveiled.

Based on Apple’s usual release schedule, the stable version of iOS 27 is expected to roll out in mid-September 2026, potentially between September 14 and September 18, ahead of the new iPhones going on sale.
