This month, we have already seen several new car launches along with model refreshes. Along with that, the majority of car makers laid out the plans for their upcoming cars for this financial year. Now, we expect June to excite us more than May, with new car launches. Here are some of the cars that are expected to launch in June 2026

SUVs Launching In June 2026: Maruti Flex Fuel Fronx

Maruti has already announced it will launch its first flex-fuel car in June. However, there isn’t any confirmation on which car it might be, though we expect it to be either the Fronx or a WagonR-based Flex Fuel car. Apart from the engine, which will be able to run on a 100% ethanol blend, we aren’t expecting any major changes to the model.

The flex fuel model will be India’s turn towards a new fuel. However, we expect Maruti to just showcase the model, while its deliveries might still take some time. Moreover, it would be brought in limited numbers. The flex-fuel version of the Fronx is expected to cost between Rs 50,000 and Rs 75,000 more than the current model.

Skoda Kodiaq RS

Skoda Kodiaq vRS is expected to launch next month. Apart from the engine’s change in tune and the VRS badging, no other changes are expected for the model. The Kodiaq RS will use the 2.0-litre turbo petrol engine, but, being an RS model, expect a power output of 265bhp and 400Nm.

Previously, the brand revealed that the RS version of the Kodiaq will be brought in via the CBU route rather than CKD. This means the Kodiaq RS will ask for a premium price.

SUVs Launching In June 2026: Hyundai EV

Hyundai has already laid out its plan for the current financial year. Now, we expect the Korean automaker to launch the new Inster-based electric model in June. We expect the model to be priced between Rs 11 lakh and Rs 18 lakh (on-road, Mumbai).

The Inster-based compact SUV has been spotted testing several times, fueling speculations that its launch could happen anytime soon. Being based on the Inster, the upcoming Hyundai EV will likely boast a boxy design with sleek headlamps and taillamps. It will ride on aero-inspired alloy wheels. We could also see several modern features on the inside, though they are carried over from the Venue.

Honda ZR-V

Honda has already revealed the new ZR-V in India; however, prices are not yet out. That said, we expect Honda to reveal the prices of the ZR-V in the next month. As it is brought via the CBU route, we expect premium pricing, which could be near Rs 40 lakh (on-road, Mumbai).

The Honda ZR-V is a test model from Honda to test the Indian market. Along with this, the brand plans to introduce more global models in the country.

SUVs Launching In June 2026: Maruti Brezza Major Facelift

Maruti has been testing the upcoming updated Brezza in India from some time. The model is expected to receive a major update, with an underbody CNG kit, a new powertrain, and some feature additions. However, we don’t expect it to get a complete cosmetic makeover, but Maruti could change some bits.

With the updated Brezza, if Maruti introduces a lower 1.2-litre NA petrol or 1.0-litre turbo petrol engine, it might eventually see a price drop, or in fact, Maruti could launch the model at the same price as currently.
